The configuration and connection might need a bit of fine-tuning to get things running smoothly. Let us know if you hit any snags at team@tably.com.

Once created, a connection can be reused or copy-pasted in all other pages within same workspace without additional setup. The setup can be complex and, if in doubt, ask your developer for help. They will have all needed details and will be able to assist with possible errors.

The number of days to shift the state value backward for record sync
UTC date and time in the format 2017-01-25T00:00:00Z. Any data before this date will not be imported.
The number of worker threads to use for concurrent stream processing. Increase this to speed up syncs for workspaces with large volumes of conversations. The default should work for most use cases.
The effective API request budget per minute. The default of 9500 is 95% of the standard Intercom rate limit (10,000/min), leaving headroom for occasional bursts. If your workspace has a higher rate limit (e.g. 150,000/min), set this to ~95% of that value (e.g. 142500) to leverage your full API throughput. A per-10-second window is derived automatically as api_rate_limit / 6.
